This past weekend my parents were visiting so we took a trip south to the coast. In California, basically the entire state is ablaze – so I needed to get away from the hazardous smoke outside. A trip to the Bay Area, just north of San Francisco, was a must.
We visited the Point Reyes Lighthouse – the windiest lighthouse in the United States – and then headed down the peninsula to the beach. I got in some great sand sprints at South Beach and then we headed to Drakes Beach where we took a long stroll and chased the waves.
