What does this mean? This means I’ve subscribed to their YouTube channel and have been doing Lunden’s workouts daily. Have you seen, Lunden? She has the coolest fitness job and is super motivating. One of my favorite workouts is the Top 6 Yoga Poses for Runner’s with Tight Hips (me all the way!).
I did some of these stretches in the most relaxing place I know, the forest. My hips are so tight, these moves are great for combatting that. I am committing to doing this routine for 1-2 times a week to help improve my flexibility, and in turn, my running!
